After having a few customers call Sage because they were positive I had no clue what I was doing when I couldn't come up with such a list for them ( Premium FAQ ) ---- I wound up creating this document.
Which I don't claim is the most complete but I have tried to capture as much info as customers were asking. It may serve as a starting point.
I also find that 99% of the customers don't read and/or listen to "what's not available" in Premium so it's, IMO, advisable to have "story time" and force them to sit through a quick rundown of what won't be available. I believe I have always had one or two features that the customer was surprised wasn't available in Premium.
P.S. - My customers who called Sage for this info were surprised when they came up empty handed. Which is why I started the FAQ.
I'm sure I've borrowed liberally from 90 Minds. Please if you see something in here that you contributed I would be happy to both give you the credit as well as make any updates or corrections. My only goal with this is to create something to give customers who ask ( and to let them avoid calling Sage which seems not to end well )
