  • 1.  Premium 2021 upgrade - reports so slow as to be unusable

    Posted 03-20-2022 10:32
Client upgraded to Premium on Friday.  Reports run fine on the server, but after grabbing the records, when it should be switching to printing via Crystal, all reports/forms go to Not Responding.  (Even if only 1 record is selected.)

IT has turned off Webroot, but no help.  Have emailed them re firewall, but I don't believe they've done that yet.
Looking for any other tips before Monday AM...

    THANKS!

Check the permissions in SQL Server Management Studio for MAS_Reports and MAS_Users.

I cannot find my documentation, however I experienced a printing issue on a terminal server after a 2020 Premium upgrade.  I know I had to Sql Server Configuration Manager and enable a TCP/IP.  I am guessing the below is where I did this, but not 100% sure.

Thanks, @Michele Herzog - I just read an email that says it's working.  Don't know what they did, but thanks for replying!
