Premium 2014. One item code, Every time an order is processed in shipping data entry the IM_ItemWarehouse.QuantityInShipping field gets populated with bad data... real bad. It creates an error 43 in item inquiry because the numeric field exceeds the mask specifications.

Is it all orders or just that one. Is it bad data in Item warehouse.

Bad unit of measure conversion factor in item maintenance?

Review that item and check the UOM factors and the ITemwarehouse record for that item and warehouse.

yes.. it can be fixed by changing the QuantiyInShipping field in im_itemwarehouse to the correct value. Looking now at UOM conversion.

Be sure to look via DFDM...

UOM is OK. Looks like it is something in the way the items get allocated from bin locations. Outside the scope of Sage. It is originating in a table created by a developer for a Sage ""strap on"" program.... developer not to be mentioned for fear of someone tattling on me.

sorry, I am so old school. Time to go back to staring at my CRT...
