Talking with Maria at Sheraton, we need to move the preconference up a 1/2 hour to start 8:00 am and end at 4:00 pm. The two rooms used for preconference are also used for the Meet and Greet. The Sheraton team needs at least an hour to tear down and reset. The 30 mins is a buffer in case a class runs over.
