Do we know which hotel? Eventbrite makes no mention of it.

It is likely going to be the New Orleans Hilton Riverview. But we an still working on the details. It actually is listed on the top.

I am also looking at the courtyard. By Marriott on Julia. It may be a cheaper overnight rate for attendees. It is very close to the convention center too

RE location, I see where the TBA is explained in the event details, but I was expecting to see it at the top in the address. New Orleans is mentioned, but nothing else. Wayne has it in the Teamwork announcement.

@JimWoodhead - Is the dinner spot for Saturday part of the meeting expense or just a meeting place for everyone and everything is Dutch? Based on Teamwork doc, I am assuming Dutch.

Yes it will be dutch. Probably have one person pay then collect from the people who are there. Maybe we could just do it via an Eventbrite type after-the-fact . No booze or one drink and people pay cash for anything else to keep cost reasonable/fair. I made note on Teamwork.

Another option is to set a price (and menu/drink allowance) and sell EventBrite tickets BEFORE hand. I can visualize the effort trying to chase down people after the fact for payment. We could also open it to all comers (depending on room size) for those that are in town.

Or we can make everyone pay their own bill.

Let not get complicated here. My goal it to have a restaurant that we all can meet at and have dinner. Most likely we will will be Dutch but it depend on the restaurant. I can handle it.
