I have two payroll imports setup to import hourly employees time from timeclock plus. First import runs to pull in the regular hours and the second import pulls in the overtime hours. The 2 imports are chained together. When reviewing the payroll data entry records the automatic deductions are taking out twice for each employee. When I uncheck automatic deductions it only takes the deductions out once. Any ideas on how to correct this? Attached screenshots of both jobs.

Where are you unchecking automatic deductions?  Is it prompting for automatic deductions each time it's taking them?

I have ran the two VI imports without the box being checked to take automatic deductions under payroll pay cycle. Then when I go back into payroll pay cycle and check the box to take automatic deductions it doesn't take any deductions. Maybe I have overlooked something that I need to add in the payroll imports?

I thought TCP had a little add on that allowed time export to be one earnings code per line instead of columns.  Did they not have this?

What if you run the OT job first without Automatic Deductions, Regular job last with Automatic deductions?

Or pre-process the file to put it in record format referenced by Jeff.

Ah, I see. Yes, the checkbox must be checked in order for the deductions to take (at all).  I've not imported TCP for PR 2.0 yet, but there should be a way to import all earnings codes in a single job, then the automatic deductions can be run properly.
