Just a heads up with the recent release of PR v2.20.2. Installed at client yesterday. Client ran PR with a check date of 7/3/20. Did NOT close the quarter period. When she printed PR checks, she received warning the PR was not in the current quarter She acknowledged the error and proceeded to print checks. There were NO checks as everyone is on direct deposit. Message popped stating no checks were printed. Clicked on OK. Quarter warning message popped again as we still had DD to printed. Clicked OK again expecting the DD printing panel to appear. It did NOT. Check printing panel remained. Client repeated process. The DD printing panel would not appear. We connected, I observed what was happening. After cycling through, I clicked on the DD button and the DD printing panel appeared.
So I am not sure if the looping issue is the result of not closing the quarter or some other bug. Just putting it out there for others.
