    Upgrading a client from 2017 to 2019 with PR 2.20.1.  This utility was added in 2.19.4.

    Missing tax records screenshotThis is a California client.  I created the records for one employee (it appears you can only run the utility for one employee at a time) in a test company.  I only chose California ETT tax.  
    I compared the Employee Maintenance Tax Summary and Detail screens for the same employee in the test company and in the original company, but I don't see what it did, as I see no differences.  I understand that it only creates $0 records, but I'm not sure what it did "under the hood".

    Hi Barbara,  You created a new record for the employee's tax history.  This record will need to have the YTD amount entered, so that reports reflect properly.
