Sage 100

Has anyone encountered the error referenced above?  We did a test conversion from Sage 2016 to 2019 - standard Sage 100 - and while we can go into menu items in the Payroll module, we cannot go into Payroll Data Entry - we get that error and have to exit out of Payroll.  Sage has had us replace the PR_Payroll_ui.pvc file; had us reinstall the entire Payroll folder, and alas we still get the error.  We escalated the case, and still have received no word back on what the resolution might be.  Any suggestions from the group would be greatly appreciated!

Any enhancements. This happened to me in several modules (not payroll) - and ended up being Avatax. Maybe try turning on Escape Trapping and seeing if that makes it go away, or renaming the links folder? At least narrow it down to 3rd party or not?
