This is a new one for me though I told the PR client that it was not within the scope of Sage PR.  Interesting but terribly difficult to understand.  Best left to insurance professionals.

Uh yea.  Mod squad, can we get a "quick win" on the attestation of compliance with Internal Revenue Code (Code) section 9824, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) section 724, and Public Health Service (PHS) Act section 2799A-9, as added by section 201 of Title II (Transparency) of Division BB of the CAA .

Maybe Sage will issue a 2023 year end hot fix.
