I do it in Excel with Power Query and a BOI routine that loads a P/R work table with the PII fields unencrypted. 

You have to add the PII by adding the report to either the G/L or P/R menu, then link the PII in Crystal, then run report from Sage 100. PII data won't show when run report in Crystal. 

I created a crystal report, added the PR PII table to it.  No DD emails appeared.

@Brett Zimmerman - That is what I did.  Data from the PR PII table did populate the report.  However, the PR PII DD emails addresses were blank.  Looking at the populated PR PII WRK table via DFDM also confirmed that the PR PII DD email addresses were also blank.

We've run into this same issue & tried multiple tables, with the PII, etc. Nothing was consistent. Its like the old data is in one table, prior to PII & then the new data is not where you would expect it.

In the end, we modified the standard Employee List report to get us the email data we needed.

Changes were made in the initial release of v2023.  Who knows why this wasn't applied to v2022?  I am disappointed, but not surprised!

There are three email address fields for direct deposit emailing.  All three are populated in my test company.  All three are appearing with no value in the PR_EmployeePII.wrk table.  I want all three values.

I see you have the 'dir dep e-mail address' field on the report.  Maybe try just the regular e-mail address field from PII.

Yes.  When adding to the PR custom menu, you are prompted to add the PII file.  I then edited the crystal to join the tables by employee key field.  Saved it.  Then ran from the menu.  Iv'e attached to report.

Did you manually add the PII file in Crystal Reports or via Report Manager wizard? - because the latter is required.

A little more information, but not closer to a solution.

Changes were made in the initial release of v2023.  Who knows why this wasn't applied to v2022?  I am disappointed, but not surprised!

NOTE: Requires Sage 100 Payroll 2.23.1 and Sage 100 2023. DevID 114899 Knowledgebase ID 117634

In 2024, I created a crystal using PR_employee, PR_Employeedocuments and PR_EmployeePII.wrk.  I run it from the launcher.  I still am unable to see the DD email address.

Now I am a novice writing Crystal, but this shouldn't be rocket science!

We've run into this same issue & tried multiple tables, with the PII, etc. Nothing was consistent. Its like the old data is in one table, prior to PII & then the new data is not where you would expect it.

In the end, we modified the standard Employee List report to get us the email data we needed.

@Brett Zimmerman - Yes I did.  As well as first and last name fields.  

@Dan Burleson mentions in his post that he uses a BOI script to populate the PR PII Wrk table which is used as a table in his Power Query

Did you add the PII e-mail address field to the Crystal report?  @Dan Burleson, if wanting to use Excel 'Data Query' to pull in PII data, is that what your method essentially does?  It doesn't appear to be feasible via basic Excel Data Query.

@Brett Zimmerman - That is what I did.  Data from the PR PII table did populate the report.  However, the PR PII DD emails addresses were blank.  Looking at the populated PR PII WRK table via DFDM also confirmed that the PR PII DD email addresses were also blank.

I do it in Excel with Power Query and a BOI routine that loads a P/R work table with the PII fields unencrypted. 

You have to add the PII by adding the report to either the G/L or P/R menu, then link the PII in Crystal, then run report from Sage 100. PII data won't show when run report in Crystal.
