  • 1.  'PR_Employee" not found error when starting Aatrix

    I have a recently upgraded a client to Sage 100 version 2019 Advanced and when they try and create any type of form/filing in Federal and State Reporting they get a 'PR_Employee' not found error message.  Anyone seen this?  Any ideas?  Thanks!

    Did you uninstall the old Aatrix from the workstation, then reinstall the v2019 version?

    I wonder if it has anything to do with the pre-Migration Missing Employee report.

    When upgrading to v2018 or higher with Payroll, the pre-Migration process includes the 'Payroll Missing Employee Listing' which analyzes for missing employees, i.e. "This report lists employees who have no record in Employee Maintenance but are referenced in other files. If you want to migrate the existing records for any of these employees to your new instance of Sage 100, recreate the records in Employee Maintenance before migrating your data".

    Called Sage and they had to setup a call back for Monday. I was able to figure out that it works in MAS90 mode. The user running the application has complete rights to the Sage folder so it does not appear to be a rights issue.
