  • 1.  PR Conversion Error 371 to 2013

    Performing a 3.10 to 2013 conversion, stepping to 351, 371 and now to 2013.  1 company's P/R module is in 2011, so probably not using it anymore, but during conversion to 2013, getting an Error 47, PR_LevelConversion Line 720.  I've rebuild key files in the 371 company, remigrated, still getting it.  Without removing the data for that module, any idea's on how to fix this?

    Based on the code its looking for Extended Solutions MODS.  Did they have some or do they still?? its causing corruption now.

    Thanks Carmen, had some other issues going on, so decided to step to 440 first, all converted fine (including the payroll above)at 440 but received it again at 2013.  Seems weird it's not showing up till 2013.  Since old payroll anyway, I removed the data for that company and moved on to complete conversion.  Payroll in other companies converted just fine.

    I see so we are talking about corruption since you got all the other companies to convert except this one.  if they really needed it there is a way, but it is a pain, to trap the problematic files of the dataset.  You would basically be bringing the files in sets for PR until you could trap the files that cause it to go error 47.
