  • 1.  PR check form for PR 2.x

    Redesigning a PR check form for PR 2.x to print on blank check stock.  On legacy forms, I pull in fields from GL_Bank (Bank address info and comment line data).  GL Bank is linked to PR_31CrystalCheckHeader.  I don't know how to pull those fields into the new PR check form.  Nothing to link to in the PR Check work file.  Has anyone done this and have a sample form they can share?

    Create the necessary UDF's in the PRcheck work files?

    I second @Jeff Schwenk - that's what I did (create UDFs)​ - the source file is GL_MICR

    The fields I need are in GL_Bank, not GL_Micr.  I need the address fields and the Comment field.  I can only add UDFs to PR Check work file from GL_CheckMicr.  And the GL_CheckMIcr is unavailable in UDF Maintenance.  :-(

    How about linking the bank account fields?   Bank account has to exist in the WRK to print the MICR.  What are the chances that you have duplicate bank accounts #'s in bank code maintenance? ​

    Got it!  Added Bank Code UDF to work file (thank you Sage for not making it a field in the work table), then link to it in the subreport.  Thanks all!
