  • 1.  PR ACH Setup

    Client bank merged.  Have to restructure ACH files.  New NACHA format does NOT want a blank or any other character to precede the immediate origin information.  Immediate origin is supposed to start in position 14, not 15.  Any thoughts on making this happen?

    Put the first character of the field in there and then put everything MINUS the first character in the other field.

    Great idea...  So is this an unusual NACHA spec or is Sage lacking some flexibility?

    I have similar on that field and some other fields sometimes, but for a "Standard" format, NACHA just seems to have lots of little weird options from various banks. I currently have one that wants the Company ID (assigned by the bank) in the Company NAME field...
