    HI Wayne

Following our discussion yesterday, you have posted in the main public community about Starship with a link to a document or folder.  https://community.90minds.com/discussion/json-error-and-post-never-posts

Is this document not on the library?  I did not have access and I assume that non consultant members will now try to access this document without going through the proper process we confirmed yesterday during out meeting.

Can I move this post to the General Consultant Community and can I add proper instructions about the library access?  Let me know.  Thanks.

For the third time I've had the Higher Logic system just flop over and play dead on me. This time it belched up this error. I don't want to keep spending time crafting content when this system is glitching.

I think the StarShip issue can go somewhere else - I can repost it into the consultant area

Yes please you can move to the consultant area with the link to request access if someone doesn't have it. I'll be working to organize the StarShip folder so one folder has the files and another can hold the stray knowledge and emails that people have sent. I'll make shortcuts for those mailings into the file folders so people can find them in Drive.

Thank you for bringing me up to speed on your errors regarding Higher logic. Having been out last week I didn't realize there was a higher logic error. Sometimes it's hard to decipher between issues you're having with software versus internal 90 minds issues. I have the errors you received but could you detail exactly what it was you were trying to post that you believe caused the error? Was it screenshots or JPG files?  They're going to ask specifically what you are trying to post. I will reach out right away for support.  Thanks.

The most recent one was all text. It's possible my login timed out in the middle of creating the post - because after the error it prompted to log back in. Yesterday was a post that I tried creating at least 2x that did include images and that kicked out some type of JSON error once I tried to click post/accept.

The first link did not work for me, but this second one did.

However, that StarShip folder is under the 'ISV and Affiliate' folder (as opposed to 'File Storage').  Therefore, are the users who request access also currently able to see stuff besides File Storage?

@Wayne Schulz, how do you create a shortcut inside a folder?  I couldn't figure it out yesterday.  You have an empty Sage Fixed Assets folder under File Storage, so I was trying to add a shortcut that points to 'Sage FAS - Fixed Assets' under File Storage.  Or should we just delete that empty SFA folder?

    Good points.

    1. StarShip files - which do you think makes more sense? Keep the StarShip files and KB all in one folder ( where they are now ) or keep the files under our file storage? Whatever we do here we should follow for other ISVS.  To create a shortcut in Google Drive right click on the folder or file and select Organize and then Add Shortcut. You then get a dialog about where you want to create that shortcut. So wherever the files are saved we could also add shortcuts back to another location. Thoughts?  And I think our viewers can see the ISV file storage.

    2. Fixed Assets - I think I just got distracted - I meant to move the Fixed Assets out of  "Sage 100 Installation Files" and put them into "Sage Fixed Assets (FAS) Files". If you are in there now and can move them please do otherwise I'll make a note and move them in a bit.
