Payroll - Period End - Federal eFiling -> Choose Existing Reports - Top Left Corner -> Pick the W2 year that needs corrected from reports and click edit. I believe this is how you file the corrected forms. https://www.aatrix.com/support/knowledgebase/windows/us/year-end/history-save-correct/w2-1099

Follow @Larry above, then choose 2017 W-2/W-3 as if you were starting over. A window will come up with 4 options, one of being to correct previously submitted forms. Choose that option and then make your changes in the grid. Aatrix will see the changes and know the forms to be corrected. Then just follow thru the process. It's a beautiful thing!

Thanks, everyone. This is one of 5 separate support calls that came in at 4:00 pm Friday. Increasingly it seems the end users put aside their Sage related activity until later in the day and then wonder why they can't all call at once and have a remote session into the evening or overnight to connect and discuss their issues.

This happens because the bosses leave at lunch time saying to their employees ""that problem with XXX will be fixed when I come in Monday morning, right?
