Im not sure what they are doing. They said all they do is change the extension to txt before transmitting it to the abnk however I suspect there is more to the story.
I just generated a positive pay file from their system and open it in Notepad++ and the CR LF are their ... just like @Kevin Moyes displayed. I also tried changing the extension to txt and the CR LF are still present.
Looks like it is working fine. I may have to observe how they process the file and send it to the bank.

Always an issue to open and resave, especially with Excel. Happens frequently. I tell them it is OK to open in Excel but never save.....

I just did an export from ABC, and it included CRLF as expected. Make sure nobody is opening the file in something like Excel, then re-saving... that always messes things up.
