  • 1.  Positive Pay

    Need some help on a Positive Pay setup from Sage 100.

    The bank is requesting that Sage's voided or reversed checks show in the positive pay file as a positive numbers with the indicator of "V"

    The line type is easy setup, but all the reverse checks are showing with a negative sign.

    Any suggestions?

    Does the bank require reversals and voids be included in the positive pay file?  You could just transmit issued checks.

    @Michael Davis Not seeing any way to change the negative sign for the Voids/Reversals.  Has the bank indicated that the negative sign is problematic?  I've never had a customer say the "V" records needed the sign changed. ​Sorry, see that you said exactly that.
