I am sure the 98% includes late nights, holidays, weekends, etc. Although it is necessary the portals be accessible 100%, I would like to know what the stats are for the hours the sites are most frequently needed... Say between 7 am and midnight. Don't count midnight to 7 am to pad the stats.

Perhaps the portal is on AWS and Sage only paid for certain hours.
