  • 1.  Portal Login Assistance

    Does anyone have an email address for support on the Partner Portal?

    Somehow, I have locked myself out (one login attempt).  I have waited impatiently for two hours for a reset, and I am still denied.

    I need to expedite the issue, but don't see where.

    The only one that I know is partner.portal@sage.com  

    I'm sure you have that one. Their response times are frustratingly slow.

    I got locked out of Sage City recently and I was helped by Sage Support.  I may have initiated it via Chat, can't remember, but in case this link helps.

    @Jeff Schwenk did you get this resolved?  The same thing happened to me yesterday when I switched from Chrome to Edge (to download v2026).  I used the CHAT Feature and the person was able to unlock it for me while I was on the Chat with them.  I did have to reset my password, or it "locked again".

    Thanks for contacting us! The Partner Portal and Sage Partner .Central teams have received your email and will reply as soon as possible. Regular hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm EST (excluding holidays), and most emails are replied to within 1 business day.

    BTW, what URL are you seeing a chat feature?  I must be blind as I don't see that button.

    When I clicked on Reset My Password, it opened a screen that asked If I needed more help, it read:  "Login Problems".  When I clicked on that, it was a Chat Bot that was a "live person", at least.. I thought it was a live person.  :|
