@Jeff Schwenk did you get this resolved? The same thing happened to me yesterday when I switched from Chrome to Edge (to download v2026). I used the CHAT Feature and the person was able to unlock it for me while I was on the Chat with them. I did have to reset my password, or it "locked again".
