  • 1.  PO Receipt Variance Adjustment

    A PO receipt of goods initiated a "PZ" variance adjustment.  The item has an average cost valuation.  I have read KBs 50699 and 29767 and have investigated each transaction for anything unusual.  Any ideas of what could cause this are appreciated.  See the screen shot below:

    The SO invoice pulling it out has the same date.  Are you SURE the invoice didn't get updated before the receipt?  My guess is there was a -1 on hand even though they think it was 0.

    I opened each entry and right clicked to "System Info" and looked at the record dates.  Both entries of G080184 were 8/5 at 9:12 am.  G080195 is 8/5 at 10:36 am, R000862 is 8/5 10:34 am, and SO 0089721 is 8/6 at 10:15 am.

    2018 is up to at least PU 7.  I skimmed the what's corrected section and didn't see anything jump out.  But it may be worthwhile to install the latest PU.
