    PO Question... An end user wants to see the invoice number an item was purchased on. They process ROG / ROI separately. Receipt History is set to Y. When you view the Inquiry for ROI, there are no line items listing. What is everyone doing to research which items are on which invoices when multiple invoices are received? And I can see way back in the beginning of this company, the ROI were populating lines then, just not now or recently.

    I seem to recall that 'the line items being missing' in that Inquiry has been around for a while. Maybe that happens when the ""Post A/P Invoices"" setting is enabled in P/O, and I wonder if that wasn't always enabled in your situation since you said the older Invoices show the lines. I'm just throwing some things out there. But maybe the new PO History functionality will help? Currently it sounds like you may just have to go into Vendor Inquiry > Invoices and drill down to the Lines.

    Consider creating a BIE View using Vendor Invoice History Detail. Drill down on invoice and edit the filter to include Qty invoiced <> 0, then add the invoice #, Date and PO # columns.

    The ROI is empty of line details as @BrettZimmerman stated. You'll find the line items in the AP History Detail files for older versions, can't say for newer version with PO History enabled.

    This is one of the biggest gaps in the software. Its embarrassing trying to help clients through this maze.
