  • 1.  PO form with Multi-Part printing - can't save suppression criteria for certain fields

    I have a PO form that I want to print 2 copies.  Copy 1 is fine.  On Copy 2, I want to suppress some fields (the Cost fields).  I modified the suppression formula for each field to add the highlighted text. Validate. Save & Close.  Open the field format, open the suppression formula, and it's back to the default.  Am I doing something wrong?

    Oh, Barbara - I just revisited this a week or so ago and was astounded to find out this is a known bug in Crystal!  If you click some other check box on the screen BEFORE you get into the Conditional before you save it, it seems to work.

    Thank you!  I didn't know (or remember) about this bug.  I got it to work following the KB steps (Thank you, Bob Osborn!).  Beth, I didn't try your suggestion, but there may be a next time!
