OK Team - Another fun 911.
I took a customer live last night on Sage 2024 Advanced, PU1 with multi-bin. I'm running into an issue where the Work Ticket, on the materials tab, is saying that an item has not been distributed. The customer is upgrading from Sage 2019 PM to Sage 2024.
I ran into this with another customer about a year ago and the fix I came up with was to locate all of the PM lines where the in PM_WorkTicketDetail table (paraphrasing name right now), the LotFullyDistributed box was set to N instead of yes when something had been issue and do an import to change the flag. It worked beautifully. Note - this was after working with Scanco team to determine that it was an issue with how the flag was set.
However, for this customer, that fix only worked on about 2/3 of their work tickets. They have roughly 1000 now where the import failed because it said the lot is not fully distributed. I think there is something at the MB level causing an issue but before I open a ticket with Scanco on this - I wanted to reach out to see if anyone had seen this and could help.
Note - I had tested this back in November when we did round one of this for the same customer and it was only 200 work tickets (out of the 3000) so at the time, I wasn't as concerned about it. However, now that it's 1,000 - I'd really like to try and get this fixed for them.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I took them live late last night so rolling back isn't an option now but I have ideas on how to work around that if I had to.
