Sage 100

Hi all - I am going live with a Sage 2021.2 Premium upgrade today and taking the client from WO to PM. They just decided yesterday to have me import all of the open work orders instead of hand-entering. I prepared my export from v2017 but cannot import into v2021 because the job will not recognize my assignment/replacement for WT Step No. I am using only 000000 but no matter how I mess around with the Data or Records tab, it will not create. There's nothing on the Sage KB and a 05/2020 posting from 90 Minds that mentioned that the problems were due to an older build of 2019 PM - that does not apply here though. Before I called Sage, I wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this recently and gotten past it? Thanks in advance!

Sorry, I meant to say importing "work tickets", not work orders. Still mixing up the terminology all the time.

I submitted a case to Sage. I was not able to get anywhere whether I tried the header included with detail or separate.

This client chose to manually enter the work tickets for that project so I don't recall; however, I've had another since then where I pointed the Work Ticket Step Number column to Replace from the 4 digit WO Step Number value on the import file and it worked.
