  • 1.  PM WO conversion

    Just ran the WO conversion in PM and nothing converted.  Yes, there are open WOs.  I go back in and it says it already ran.  ?????

    Gosh, this is such a déjà vu moment!  But these days it takes a bit longer to remember the where and when of the memory!!!!  I finally focused in on an email from 12/2/19.  Had some back and forth on this issue with Sage tech support and one of the (many) former Scanco employees.  The attached KB was modified as a result (apparently the install documentation was not updated).  It worked for me. 

    Happy New Years!  Do you have your reservation for an early seating at a Disney restaurant?
