A different issue. Here is what's happening. The Scanco dashboard sends the data over to the labor entry table. I try to update, I get the error. Working through the issue with Karen McWhirter at Sage, she put deduced hat I needed a punch in/out entry line (I record) for every employee that had work ticket time transferred from the Scanco Dashboard. I set up a small test entry. One punch in/out line and one work ticket line. Update worked. So I was left with 76 work ticket lines. I exported the table into Excel and created one "I" record per employee for each day. The first import would not accept a punch out time so I simply imported the same data again. I tried to update and encountered zero errors.
Sent information to Scanco and Sage. I think it has to do with the setup configuration Scanco instructed me to do. The ball is back in their court. Almost a month has passed since I first reported it.

Are you getting the same error when you manually enter a time entry? You could test this by rolling the period back to a prior period, dating the time entry to the prior period, then limiting both dates on your labor register to that period. This would tell you whether it's Sage or Scanco. Renaming the Links folder would do that as well.
P.S. Another client of mine had a ton of fixes done by Scanco for their many Time Entry issues, and it doesn't appear that they've all been rolled into subsequent releases.
