  • 1.  PM copying from BOM sometimes missing component u/m's. Seems to be with rountings (now templates) with multiple steps.

    Just went live with PM on v2021.2. We tested thoroughly on v2020 and all was good. We added step 00000 to all routings/templates in order to have routings convert correctly. Now, however, when a work ticket is created and copied from a BOM with more than one step, it is not bringing in the component units of measure - which is kind of a problem!!! Anyone else experience this?? What/where to look?

    I encountered that exact issue on a 2020 install AFTER installing Scanco's 2020.3 update for PM.  The issue did not occur prior to that.  The program responsible was JT_UnitOfMeasure_Svc.pvc.
