Here's my checklist after today's call. The discussions area is rigid/clunky, but it might work if the users mainly live in their Dashboard \ Following section. I'm game for a trial run, since I think it would successfully replace Evernote/Dropbox.

Clinked This solution offers many of the features we have in Socialcast, DropBox, and Evernote. It also has features that would be useful to the administration of 90 Minds. Robert, Steve and I had a demo from the CEO of Clinked and we were quite impressed.
