Sage 100

Customer emailed today they are implementing Pivot Payables as a bridge between Concur & Sage 100.  She couldn't explain what it does though.  Indicated PP wants contact with Sage 100 for some help.  Anyone know what this product does and has anyone worked with it?

Haven’t heard of Pivot. Based on the web description it sounds like it does something with billing back project based expenses to customers.

I do love when either the customer or the ISV comes in after the sale has closed looking for help. I feel like I’ve seen this movie quite a few times. Sometimes it had a happy ending. Sometimes sad. Sometimes a cliffhanger.
