Sage 100

Have a client who needs a pipe-delimited file for a project. Crystal is fine for it EXCEPT - on the first line of the file, I need to have the total of all of the records.  Since this is the first line, the only way I know to do that is to do a subreport that reads the file and gets the totals. When you export to pipe-delimited with a subreport, it totally ignores the subreport.

Any ideas?

Beth, I was able to do a Distinct Count summary and add it to the Report Header and then exported it to a Pipe delimited file without any issues.  This was Crystal 2020.
