I tested on my 2024. 1 and it is working? 

I'm trying to think of what other things might cause that – Role maintenance came to mind but I created a test user and that only had rights to ABC company but it still let me "try" to open in a different company. I just got a you are not authorized message.

Great idea,

I don't typically use that. But it is still working. For me there too! Can you right click on other menu choices?  Still wondering if it is a setting somewhere that I am not familiar with.

I think you mean change to this view and try?

Have you logged out of 2024 and tried in 2023 to see if it still works in that version? Maybe a mouse issue?

Wait a minute.

Sorry I jumped the gun. With the screen displayed that way, I am getting the menu choices, but nothing actually happens when I click on it . So, I am now getting the same results. If I switch to the "normal" menu then it starts working correctly. Toggling back and forth is consistently not working when in toolbar mode.
