    I just tell customers the facts - if you want to pay twice you'll go to Sage for tech help and if they can't and you don't have an agreement with us the cost will be significant. The fact that Sage offers direct per call support will be a great opportunity to offload the low end ""never need to call"" customer. I plan to use this for those people who want to upgrade but claim to need no ongoing support ...... and believe me those ARE the people who usurp your time in the name of ""the program should run the way it did in 3.x ..... "". Now I can give them a 15 day test period after go live and they can become Sage's problem.
