Physical Count Variance Register - version 5.0/2013. Lines are pulling in twice on this register (see attached) - seems to happy for these same two items/lots every time. I reinitialized the wrk file - not sure why the crystal report is getting confused? There are some records in item.cost with 0 qty for these lots but I wouldn't think i would want to delete them.

look for an extra record in the IM_ItemWarehouse.m4t table perhaps?

Check the IM_Physical file - that's what is used for this report (originally, before it becomes a wrk file)

using ScanForce - imported into Physical Count - I'll check the IM_Physical file

There should only be one record per item/serial number/warehouse in IM_Physical. Not sure how ScanForce works but if the file was populated using native Sage for ""freezing"" inventory items you may want to check IM_ItemCost for duplicate records too.

In IM_itemcost there was an extra record with no Lot # (even though it is a lot item) with a 0 qty. I deleted the record - we'll see if that helps
