Maria, from the Sheraton, mentioned some information to share with the photographer.
@Michelle Taylor if you could please communicate this with them:
- Make sure they have their insurance certificate on file with Sheraton. Contact Maria for details: mariapaz.mina@sheratonsandiegohotel.com
- They took up too much room last year in the middle of the main hallway for photos. Please talk with them about not blocking the hallway(s). I'm not sure if that involves smaller equipment, or just more thought in selecting a location, or what. If you recall, there is somewhat of an alcove in front the mains doors to the dinning room, that may be a better location. Else, they'll need to be more compact in their setup and leave ample space for hotel guests/staff to negotiate the area.
- If they are plugging in any lights, cords, they need to be taped down to prevent trip hazards. Maria said, bring tape!
- We have cleared the use of the front drive area for the group photo. Same set up as last year. I think they brought their own ladder, but let's double-check if they need one.
