    Personally I think they have the margins wrong. I bet I know what the reply is going to be when I ask them about it. ""But we have to go out and give all sorts of FREE demos and FREE needs analysis"" so we can't give away as much on the new deals. And that my friends is the core of what's wrong with ERP VARS. Free demos. Free analysis. Let the 1980's roll.

    What do you think is wrong? I would say something must be wrong here - it doesn't seem very attractive to partners. Yes, they are sweeting the pot by saying ""transfer all your clients to Net@Work"" and you get 50%. But 50% on what? New license sales to existing clients? And then you get 20% for new referrals. That seems damn low and most partners can get that without rolling sales in to a mega-VAR. I must be confused but I don't see that this is very attractive.
