  • 1.  Permissions necessary to enter an invoice with a receipt of goods?

    This may be a simple question but does a user need to have certain permissions to be able to enter an invoice with a receipt of goods, like access to AP invoice data entry?? TIA!!

    In the newer versions, there is a separate security role option (PO maint/data entry) for receipt of invoice and receipt of goods.?? Are both checked?

    Well, it is related to ACS/Scanco's in-transit enhancement which populates the invoice number field on the receipt of goods but for some, it is not populating it. This is the issue with the purchases clearing report being overstated due to the transfers. According to Ron C. it should populate the invoice number but something is not working correctly. I noticed certain whse's were affected and wondered if it was the users for those warehouses? Just guessing but not sure how to figure it out.

    Well TG Ron C has the ability to connect remotely and solve the issue for you!  Does the issue resolve if someone with super rights (e.g. a reseller) processes a transaction?
