Period End Processing Dates

    How could this happen??? Fiscal Year ends in Aug-31st.  P/O Module is calculating it by Calendar year.  They dont have inventory activated in this company.

    Those period-end dates are relative to the current period/year in each modules' setup options.

    Have you looked at Fiscal Year Maintenance in GL and verified that is setup for Fiscal year ending on 8/31? 

    I did some testing in a dummy company and if I change the period dates in fiscal year maintenance, then the date on the PE message (the message you show) changes to match whatever change I make in Fiscal Year Maintenance. I changed it numerous times and it always pulls from there

    I did check the Fiscal Years and they are all correct... I even recalculated the dates and verified again.

    I'm not sure but maybe when IM isn't installed 

    Then PO periods default to Calendar?

    Instead of Fiscal ( as AP uses )

    I tested this on v2022, and when I change the Calendar Year to Fiscal Periods within Inventory, the periods within Purchase Order change from calendar to fiscal as well.

    They have 4 companies..only 1 has inventory... this is another one of the companies that DOES NOT HAVE inventory...the dates come up correct as per the FISCAL YEAR
    It is only one of them that has the incorrect one in PO

    Check in DFDM and see if the Flag for IntegrateInvenotry is set to "Y".  I just tested in my dummy company where I do not have inventory installed. when I set that Flag to "Y" it acts like what you describe.
