Have a client that I just upgraded to V2021 SP3 Advanced (from 2019).  They are now experiencing the dreaded unable to process Lockfile error from paperless office frequently.  Here is the weird part - it doesn't happen all the time.  I just printed a General Journal to paperless office fine, but the Daily Trans gets the error.  Apparently, some company codes are ok, others are not.  I have checked the registry and permissions and the fact that it does work sometimes indicates to me there is some other problem in this version.  Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
