PCI Compliance Audit - What is everyone doing to assist their Sage Payment Solutions clients with this endeavor? I have three small end users without IT departments that would like to get past this. I've been on line with two of them and it takes the skills of a rocket scientist. Is anyone getting involved? How so?

Wasn't Sage recommending someone previously? Or maybe a service?

There is a button that you can click on when starting the audit for assistance. Haven't gone that route yet.

Trustwave is the company that does the compliance testing. You log onto their website to complete the self assessment which is a beast to complete. Two of my clients have bailed without completing it and a third one is wanting to take a stab at it next week.
