PR 2.21.3 Sage 100 Advanced 6.10.3 - sporadic payroll accrual date/percentage issues. This is a client that processes payroll for hundreds of companies. Intermittent issues where the accrual date and the percentage don't calculate properly. If they catch it, exit the check register and then go back in, it sometimes repopulates correctly. I thought they were zeroing out the accrual percent because I didn't see the accrual information on the Check Register header in Paperless Office. However, I actually recreated the issue twice in 2 different companies, but can't come up with exact steps to recreate 'at will'. Has anyone else run into this?
