  • 1.  Payroll W2 Dependent care v2.21.0

    And the fun begins - One of my clients is spending her NYE processing w-2's using v2.21.0.  She is wondering why the dependent care information is not populating the w-2.  Was this not fixed in the new and improved release?  I find no KB articles on the topic  I did find the one for v2017 and prior.

    Am I looking down the wrong rabbit hole?

    What tax rule do they have assigned to the deduction code?  There's a separate one for Qualified Dependent Care -805074.  If they used a different one, that could be the culprit.

    Hmmmm - It appears to be -805078.  Will change and see what happens.  I fear there will be some old fashion adjustments in her future..

    Bringing this back up.  Does anyone have dependent care printing in Aatrix box 10 without a workaround?  Would like to get to determine whether it is a Sage/Aatrix issue or a user interface problem.
