  • 1.  Payroll update error - appears to be on first DD to be emailed

    Getting this error on a 2026, latest PR update client during PR Register update - an email screen pops up, then this

    Info incredibly unhelpful

    Did a dump and after paging through a billion pages, finally seemed to get me the DD info - and it's the very first employee.

    Help! (and thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu)

    Check the MAS90\PR directory on the server for a file named "PR_TimeOffCalculations.pvc".  If you are missing it, you'll need to get it from a good install, although the fact that you are missing a program file is concerning.  I would suspect either a user browsing and accidentally moving/deleting files or AV/security software quarantining/deleting it.  In either case, it is possible that other program files may be missing and you may need to compare against a good install to be sure.

    Yep, that was it - Marcos looked it up for me before I got your reply. I'm waiting to hear back whether this was their first Payroll since the upgrade, or not.
