  • 1.  Payroll tax calculation back end

    Does anyone know who is on the back end "cloud" doing the tax calculations in Sage 2018 payroll?  Is it Sage or did they contract with someone?  We're getting some push-back from a client on FUTA taxable wages and they are asking if Sage is actually the one doing the calculations.  Any idea?

    It is an outside processor that Sage has contracted with...and I've heard the name several times, but for the life of me, I can't remember who it is.  Not someone I've ever heard of before...
