A small Sage 100cloud customer with annual payroll subscription renewed automatically 12/29. However, today the system barked at him that license had expired, and he couldn't use it.
I confirmed that the license keys in the installation match those on the portal. What's up?
Turns out we had to "Activate" the existing keys (so, no change here) in LM/System Config. Very annoying.
Does anybody know of a fix to remove this step in the future?
