Updated: Customer is on v2019 Adv. When I enter an email into Employee Maintenance, it defaults to the email in Paperless. However, while is shows up on the screen, it doesn't write to the Data File - PR_EmployeeDocuments.m4t. Today I typed a CC Address directly in Paperless and it didn't write either to the table. Some records do have the email address in them.
I just realized while writing this that those without emails have values in the Encrypted Vals field in PR_EmployeeDocs.
So the question is:
1. Why do some records show an Encrypted Record and others don't (in the same table)?
2. In Crystal, I'm using the PII Table and linking to EmployeeDocs.m4t via the Employee Key. I don't get the addresses when the record is an Encrypted Record.
I have pull permissions in Role Maintenance. I added the report to the Custom Reports Menu and running it from there.
