Payroll Paperless in v4.4 - saving the direct deposit pdf's. Client wants to relocate the PR pdfs to a more secure folder. Where can you relocate PDF's via the viewer? The Employee self service options doesn't have a move option like the register viewer.

Tip: If using the viewer method to move paperless when you get to forms for direct deposit that viewer is within Payroll Direct Deposit Paperless Office Stub Viewer. You'll have to change companies to access the paperless documents for the respective company.

Thanks. I get so used to asking the group that I forget that the KB might have the answer. Resolution ID 524730 has the information that Wayne's link did. Client is a happy one now.............

From what I recall (this was several months ago) the separate added instructions were required for DD stubs -- but that might have changed.
