Customer is on Adv. v2018 SP8 with payroll. When she runs the payroll tax calculation it displays the following error "cannot create the sage payroll tax client. See the library master activity log for details." When you open the activity log the following error displays. the spa tax service could not reached from sage 100 server."
Have tried the following already:
Replaced the MAS_SYSTEM folder from a backup and reinstalled SP8 and payroll SP2.0
Verified the port 443 is open under firewall settings
Turned off anti-virus on terminal server
ping spa.na.sage.com from server and got reply back
restarted the terminal server
added sage url address to trusted site section under IE
Opened a ticket with Sage about the issue, they have expedited the issue since the customer cannot process payroll and it was due today.
Anyone else experienced this issue and have a resolution on how to fix it?
