Hi there

I have a client with the problem below.  However, i tested another payroll for a client during payroll tax calc, and it is fine.  any one have any ideas?

Then this is the message in Library Master; the same message is there every day since 7/24 for all three companies CAI, HOU and NEW.  Apparently every time I have opened anything in payroll it has been trying to connect to tax updates and failed.  I ran a payroll check on 7/23 without incident; the activity log from that day says "no payroll tax changes found."
